Montessori preschool teachers establish a welcoming classroom where each child feels cared for and respected. The learning environment is student- centered and self-paced, allowing children to explore their own interests while mastering skills and knowledge. Our Montessori program lays the groundwork for academic success by emphasizing critical thinking, problem- solving, independent focus, and collaboration.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree, a passion for ELA, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of growing adolescents?

The Adolescent ELA teacher will be part of a closely collaborative team of Montessori guides and should be passionate about working with and empowering adolescents to grow into the young adults they strive to be.

  • Theatre background preferred, but not required


Montessori classroom assistants help support a calm, engaging learning environment. Working closely with the lead teacher, assistants help prepare and maintain the classroom, support daily activities, and provide gentle guidance to students throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is dependable and excited to learn the Montessori approach to education.


Substitutes help ensure the classroom continues to run smoothly by stepping in as needed to support students and staff throughout the school day. This role includes supervising children, assisting with classroom routines, and helping maintain an organized environment.
